The paper mainly elaborates the status of issues and laws and regulations system in the food hygiene supervi-sion. We should integrate the current law resources, improve the food safety law and regulation system in our country, en-sure the food safety technology, establish a compulsory food safety standardized system, endow the food supervision depart-ment with full power, continuously intensify the punishment force of laws and regulations, integrate the enforcement re-sources, solve the problems of duplicate law enforcement, truly implement the food safety laws and regulations and ensure food safety thus providing guarantee for promoting the social and economic development.
