摘要 该文主要阐述我国食品卫生监督存在的问题与现有食品安全法律法规体系现状;要整合现有法律资源,完善我国食品安全法律法规体系;要确保食品安全技术保障,建立强制性的食品安全标准化体系;要赋予食品监管部门充分的权力,不断强化法律法规的惩罚力度;要整合执法力量,解决多头执法问题,切实贯彻执行食品安全法律法规,保证食品安全,为促进经济社会发展提供保障。 The paper mainly elaborates the status of issues and laws and regulations system in the food hygiene supervi-sion. We should integrate the current law resources, improve the food safety law and regulation system in our country, en-sure the food safety technology, establish a compulsory food safety standardized system, endow the food supervision depart-ment with full power, continuously intensify the punishment force of laws and regulations, integrate the enforcement re-sources, solve the problems of duplicate law enforcement, truly implement the food safety laws and regulations and ensure food safety thus providing guarantee for promoting the social and economic development.
