摘要
当前,神经内科护理管理严格执行患者为中心宗旨,改善护理工作,提高患者满意度及护理质量,确保患者安全。细节管理为管理新形式、新方法和新思想,通过辨认细节、分析细节、完善补充、延伸控制等过程,加强护理管理,抓好护理质控,减少差错事故。此文主要对神经内科细节管理应用和重要性作出分析。
