NICU医务人员手卫生依从性现状分析

Analysis of Status of Hand Hygiene Compliance of NICU Medical Staff

目的了解新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)医务人员手卫生依从性现状,以便采取相应的对策。方法采用暗访、问卷调查和现场抽查方式,对该院医务人员的手卫生执行情况进行调查与评估。分析不同类型医务人员、不同手卫生指征手卫生执行情况及影响因素。结果不同类型医务人员手卫生依从性存在差异,其中护士最高为94.7%,医技人员最低为61.5%;不同指征中以接触患儿血液、体液及分泌物后最高为92.2%,接触患者周围环境及物品后最低为67.9%。影响医务人员手卫生依从性的主要因素依次为工作繁忙,突发状况,戴手套可代替洗手等。结论 NICU医务人员中医技人员是手卫生培训的重点,强化手卫生知识、合理配备医务人员与加强监管力度是提高手卫生依从性的措施。

Objective To know the status of hand hygiene compliance of NICU medical staff in order to adopt the corre-sponding strategies. Methods The hand hygiene implementation condition of medical staff in our hospital was surveyed and evaluated, and the different types of medical staff, different hand hygiene signs and implementation conditions and influence factors were analyzed. Results There was difference in hand hygiene compliance between different types of medical staff, and the compliance of nurses was the highest （94.7%） and of medical technicians was the lowest （61.5%）, in terms of differ-ent signs, the sign of exposure to blood, humor and secretion was the highest （92.2%）, and the sign of exposure to patients＇surroundings and articles was the lowest （67.9%）, and the main influence factors of hand hygiene compliance of medical staff were the busy work, emergency situation, and that wearing gloves could replace washing hands. Conclusion The train-ing should focus on the medical technicians in the NICU medical staff, and intensifying hand hygiene knowledge, rationally equipment with medical staff and enhancing the supervision force are the measures of improving the hand hygiene compli-ance.
