四川甘孜藏区膝骨关节炎高发原因分析

Survey Analysis of High-incidence of Knee Osteoarthritis in Ganzi Zang Area in Sichuan

目的探讨四川省甘孜州藏区农牧民膝骨关节炎高发的原因。方法制定《膝骨性关节炎调查问卷表》,对康定市人民医院康复科膝骨关节炎患者病因进行追踪调查。结果居住帐篷者患病率明显大于居住楼房者,参与家庭琐事多的人患病率明显大于外出打工者,女性患病率明显大于男性。结论引起四川省甘孜州藏区膝骨关节炎高发的主要原因是气候寒冷、潮湿,职业,性别,以帐篷和藏房为主的居住方式,关节负重,创伤。

Objective To study the causes of high-incidence of knee osteoarthritis in Ganzi Zang Area in Sichuan. Meth-ods The knee osteoarthritis questionnaire was made, and the disease causes of knee osteoarthritis in patients in the rehabil-itation department in Kangding people＇s hospital were traced and surveyed. Results The prevalence rate of persons living in the tents was obviously higher than that of persons living in the building, and the prevalence rate of persons involving in the family affairs was obviously higher than that of migrant workers, and the prevalence rate in female was obviously higher than that in male. Conclusion The main cause of high-incidence of knee osteoarthritis in Ganzi Zang Area in Sichuan is the cold climate, moist, occupation, gender, living style mostly in the tents and Tibetan houses, weight-bearing joint and trau-ma.
