血液透析室患者疾病认知及相关因素分析

Survey Analysis of Disease Cognition and Its Related Factors of Patients in the Hemodialysis Room

目的探究并分析血液透析室患者认知疾病能力以及相关因素。方法选择2015年2月—2016年4月在该院血液透析室治疗的患者50例与在医院体检的正常健康患者50例分别设定为观察组与对照组。应用简易的智能状态检查量表对患者认知功能进行分析,应用多元逐步回归分析方法对患者影响认知的相关因素进行分析。结果观察组患者简易智能状态检查量表得分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过多元逐步回归分析结果显示:血液透析患者的认知功能与患者血红蛋白、清除尿素指标成正比例关系,与患者尿素氮水平呈反比例关系。结论血液透析患者的清除尿素值、血清血红蛋白越低、尿素氮越高。患者的认知功能减退得越严重。同时还应当多参考血钠浓度、血钙浓度与肌酐等相关因素。通过对血液透析室患者认知疾病能力以及相关因素进行探究,应用相应的护理,使患者的生活质量得到一定的提高。

Objective To study and analyze the cognition ability of disease and its related factors of patients in the hemodialysis room. Methods 50 cases of patients treated in the hemodialysis room in our hospital from February 2015 to April 2016 were selected and 50 cases of normal healthy persons with physical examination were selected as the observation group and the control group, and the cognition function was analyzed according to the mini mental state examination was ap-plied for analysis, and the related influence factors of cognition of patients were analyzed by the multiple stepwise regres-sion method. Results The scores in the mini mental state examination in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance,P〈0.05, and the multiple stepwise regression analy-sis results showed that the cognitive function of patients with hemodialysis was positively correlated with the hemoglobin and urea clearance index, and negatively correlated with the urea nitrogen of patients. Conclusion The lower the urea clearance and serum hemoglobin, the higher the urea nitrogen, the more serious the cognition hypofunction, meanwhile, the patients with hemodialysis should more refer to the related factors of serum sodium concentration, blood calcium concentra-tion and creatinine, the study of disease cognitive ability and relevant factors and application of corresponding nursing makes the quality of life of patients obtain a certain improvement.
