消毒供应中心控制医院感染的管理效果分析

Analysis of Management Effect of Controlling Hospital Infection by the Central Sterile Supply Department

目的探讨消毒供应中心的系统管理对控制医院感染的效果。方法自2014年起严格按照医院消毒及感染管理规范,对消毒供应中心制度、流程、人员素质、质量监督等全方面进行科学管理;回顾性分析2012—2015年消毒供应中心器械清洗、灭菌合格率和院内切口感染发生率。结果实施规范管理之后,器械灭菌合格率由2012年的96.34%提高到2015年的100%,院内切口感染发生率由2012年的1.62%降低至2015年的0.47%;规范管理前后器械灭菌合格率及院内切口感染发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强消毒供应中心的规范化管理可有效提高器械灭菌合格率,降低院内感染发生率。

Objective To study the effect of controlling hospital infection by the systematical management of the central sterile supply department. Methods The system, process, personnel quality and quality supervision in the central sterile supply department had been given overall scientific management strictly according to the hospital disinfection and infection management standards since 2014, and the device cleaning, qualified rate of sterilization and incidence rate of incision in-fection in the hospital in the central sterile supply department from 2012 to 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Af-ter the standardized management, the qualified rate of device sterilization increased from 96.34% in 2012 to 100% in 2015, the incidence rate of incision infection in the hospital decreased from 1.62% in 2012 to 0.47% in 2015, and the differences in the qualified rate of device sterilization and incidence rate of incision infection in the hospital had statistical significance before and after the standardized management（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Enhancing the standardized management in the central sterile supply department can effectively improve the qualitied rate of device sterilization and reduce the incidence rate of infection in the hospital.
