非内分泌专科护士糖尿病饮食知识培训效果探讨

摘要 目的针对非内分泌专科护士进行糖尿病饮食知识培训,加强对全院糖尿病患者的饮食宣教,提高糖尿病患者的饮食满意度和自护能力。方法对152名全院非内分泌专科护士进行糖尿病饮食知识培训,比较其培训前、后理论考试成绩,以及所在病区开展的糖尿病饮食健康宣教情况。结果培训前后非内分泌专科护士糖尿病饮食问卷回答正确率分别为42.0%和83.1%,非内分泌科糖尿病患者健康饮食指导率分别为18.2%和65.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论非内分泌科护士的糖尿病饮食知识培训提高了全院护理人员的糖尿病饮食管理能力,有利于使更多的糖尿病患者得到及时、专业、规范的糖尿病饮食指导。 Objective To carry out the diabetes dieting knowledge training for nurses in the department of non-endocrinolo-gy, enhance the dieting education for patients with diabetes in the whole hospital and improve the diet satisfactory degree and self-protection ability of patients with diabetes. Methods The theoretical examination scores of 152 cases of nurses be-fore and after training were compared, and the diabetes dieting health education conditions carried out by the wards were also compared. Results The answer accurate rates of diabetes dieting questionnaires of nurses in the department of non-en-docrinology before and after training were respectively 42.0%and 83.1%, the health dieting guidance rates of patients in the department of non-endocrinology were respectively 18.2% and 65.8%, and the differences had statistical significance, P〈0.01. Conclusion The diabetes dieting knowledge training for nurses in the department of non-endocrinology improves the diabetes dieting management ability of nursing staff in the whole hospital, which helps more diabetes patients obtain the timely, specific and standardized diabetes dieting guidance.
