风险管理在呼吸内科病房护理管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Risk Management in the Ward Nursing Management in the Department of Respiration Medicine

目的研究风险管理在呼吸内科病房护理管理中的应用效果。方法将2015年3月—2016年3月100例呼吸内科患者分为对照组(50例)与实验组(50例)。对照组实施常规护理管理,实验组在此基础上实施风险管理。统计两组护理风险事件,评估护理工作的满意度。结果实验组患护理风险事件发生率为4.0%,明显低于对照组的24.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者对基础护理、消毒隔离护理以及病房管理的护理满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者对呼吸内科病房服务态度和健康宣教工作的满意度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在呼吸内科病房护理管理中实施风险管理,可有效降低护理风险事件发生率,改善呼吸内科护理工作质量,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To research the application effect of risk management in the ward nursing management in the depart-ment of respiration medicine. Methods 100 cases of patients in the department of respiration medicine from March 2015 to March 2016 were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing management, the experimental group adopted the risk management on the basis of the control group, and the nursing risk events of the two groups were counted and the satisfactory degree of nursing work was evaluated. Results The incidence rate of nursing risk events in the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group, （4.0% vs 24.0%）, and the differ-ence had statistical significance, P〈0.05, the nursing satisfactory degree scores to the basic nursing, disinfection and isola-tion and ward management in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group, P〈0.05, and the difference in the satisfactory degree score to ward service attitude and health education work between the two groups had no statistical significance, P〉0.05. Conclusion The implementation of risk management in the ward nursing management in the department of respiration medicine can effectively reduce the incidence rate of nursing risk events, improve the nursing work quality in the department of respiration medicine and improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients.
