精神科护理工作的不安全因素与安全管理

Unsafe Factor and Safety Management of Nursing Work in the Department of Psychiatry

目的分析精神科护理工作的一些不安全因素,并且提出有效的安全管理措施,从而有效提高精神科护理质量。方法选取该院收治的9878例精神科治疗患者为研究对象,通过该院自拟的调查问卷分析精神科护理工作的一些不安全因素,并且统计结果。结果该次所有患者中59例患者出现不安全事件,而导致不安全事件的因素主要包括设施建设及环境因素、患者因素、护理人员因素、管理体制以及社会因素等几方面,其中比较常见的因素就是护理人员心理因素(66.1%)、患者自身疾病因素(57.6%)、护理人员缺乏自我保护意识(54.2%)。结论护理管理人员应该高度重视精神科护理安全管理工作,深入分析精神科护理工作的不安全因素,及时提出有效的安全管理措施,尽可能降低护理缺陷发生率。

Objective To analyze some unsafe factors in the nursing work in the department of psychiatry, put forwards the effective safety management measures thus effectively improving the nursing quality in the department of psychiatry. Meth-ods 9878 cases of patients treated in the department of psychiatry in our hospital were selected as the research objects and some unsafe factors in the nursing work in the department of psychiatry were analyzed by the self-made questionnaires in our hospital and the results were counted. Results Unsafe events occurred to 59 cases of patients, and the causes of unsafe events mainly included the facilities construction and environment, patient factor, nursing staff factor, management system and social factor, and the common factors were the mental factor of nursing staff （66.1%）, disease factor of patients （57.6%） and lack of self-protection awareness of nursing staff （54.2%）. Conclusion The nursing management staff should attach highly importance to the nursing safety management work in the department of psychiatry, deeply analyze the unsafe factors of nursing work in the department of psychiatry, put forwards the effective safety management measures in time and try to reduce the incidence rate of nursing defects.
