细节管理对提高精神科护理质量的影响

Effect of Detail Management on Improving the Nursing Quality in the Department of Psychiatry

目的分析细节管理对于提高精神科护理质量的效果。方法选取该院精神科在2014年6月—2016年6月收治的80例精神病患者为研究对象,对比分析2014年6月—2015年6月实施细节管理前以及2015年6月—2016年6月实施细节管理后相关质量指标情况、危险行为以及患者及其家属对临床护理满意度等情况。结果实施细节管理后急救物品管理质量、护理安全质量、护理文书书写质量、护理技能操作质量以及基础护理质量等各项质量指标评分均高于实施前(P<0.05);实施细节管理后患者出现毁物(3.8%)、伤人(1.3%)、自伤(1.3%)等危险行为等均显著低于实施细节管理前7.5%、3.8%、5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而且实施细节管理后患者对临床护理满意度(97.5%)明显高于对照组(80%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神科护理工作中实施细节管理可大大提高临床护理质量,减少危险行为的发生,提高患者及其家属对临床护理工作的满意度,值得在临床上进一步推广。

Objective To analyze the major effect of detail management on improving the nursing quality in the department of psychiatry. Methods 80 cases of patients with mental disorder admitted and treated in the department of psychiatry in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects, and the detail management was not imple-mented from June 2014 to June 2015, and the detail management was implemented from June 2015 to June 2016, and the related quality indicators, dangerous acts and satisfactory degree of patients and their family to clinical nursing before and after the implementation were compared and analyzed. Results After the implementation, the various quality indicator scores including emergency article management quality, nursing safety quality, nursing documentation writing quality, nursing skill operation quality and basic nursing quality were higher than those before the implementation （P〈0.05）, the dangerous acts including destroying, hurting people and self-injurious behavior of patients after the implementation were obviously lower than those before the implementation（3.8%, 1.3%, 1.3%vs 7.5%, 3.8%, 5%）, and the differences had statistical significance by comparison （P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory degree of patients to clinical nursing after the implementation was obviously higher than that in the control group（97.5%vs 80%）, and the difference had statistical significance by comparison（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of detail management in the nursing work in the department of psychiatry can greatly im-prove the clinical nursing quality, reduce the occurrence of dangerous acts, and improve the satisfactory degree of patients and their family to clinical nursing work, which is worth further promotion in clinic.
