社区卫生真实工作情景导向的临床医学专业实习实训模式研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨社区卫生真实工作情景导向的临床医学专业实习实训模式。方法选取56例于2013年5月—2014年5月期间该院接收的3年制临床医学专业实习生,将入选者随机分为对照组(传统实习教学方法 ,n=28)与观察组(社区卫生真实工作情景导向教学,n=28),观察两组教学效果。结果观察组理论考试成绩、综合能力评分及病例分析得分均较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组学生对社区卫生真实工作情景导向的教学方法有着更高的评价,能够激发学生学习兴趣、培养解决问题的能力、提高自学能力、培养团队协作能力等,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生满意率及教师对学生的评优率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论社区卫生真实工作情景导向的临床医学专业实习实训模式可显著提高学生学习兴趣及临床综合能力,提高对公共卫生服务的认识,学生对教学方法评价较高,具有推广价值。 Objective To study the community health real work scene-oriented clinical medicine professional practice training model. Methods The 3-year system interns in the clinical medicine major admitted in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases in each, the control group adopted the tra-ditional practice teaching method, and the observation group adopted the community health real work scene-oriented teach-ing, and the teaching effect of the two groups was observed. Results The theoretical examination score, overall ability score and case analysis score in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05), the com-munity health real work scene-oriented teaching method was highly recognized by the observation group, and it can motive the learning interest, train the problem-solving ability, improve the self-learn ability and train team coordination ability, and the differences were obvious compared with those in the control group(P〈0.05), the satisfactory rate of students and su-perior evaluation rate of teachers to students in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The community health real work scene-oriented clinical medicine professional practice training model can obviously improve the learning interest of students and clinical overall ability, improve the awareness of public health service, and the evaluation of students to teaching method is higher, which is worth promotion.
