芪参益气滴丸在防治心血管疾病中的研究进展

Research Progress of Qishenyiqi Pill in the Prevention and Cure of Cardiovascular Disease

芪参益气滴丸为中药复方制剂,目前广泛应用在对心血管疾病的防治领域中,取得一定的临床疗效,可以明显降低冠心病心绞痛的发作频次,提高慢性心力衰竭患者的运动耐量等。近年来,关于芪参益气滴丸发挥临床效果的机制展开不少研究,但仍有一些药理学研究机制不甚清楚。该研究结合相关芪参益气滴丸的药效学及药理学的研究进行综述,从而为临床应用提供参考。

Qishenyiqi pill is a compounded Chinese medicinal prescription, widely used in the prevention and cure of car-diovascular disease at present, and it obtains a certain clinical curative effect, which can obviously reduce the attack fre-quency of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and improve the exercise capacity of patients with chronic heart failure, in recent years, we have carried out many researches of clinical effect functioning mechanism of Qishenyiqi pill, but there are still some unclear pharmacy research mechanisms. The paper makes a summary combined with the pharmacodynamics and pharmacology of Qishenyiqi pill thus providing reference for the clinical application.
