摘要
早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)是儿童致盲的主要原因之一,无论在发达国家或发展中国家,都普遍存在视网膜致盲问题。随着新生儿重症监护技术的改善和新生儿护理技术的提高,早产儿及低出生体重儿的生存率逐步提高,早产儿视网膜病变的发病率呈逐年上升趋势。为提早预防、降低ROP发病率、改善预后提供科学的依据,现对各国ROP的发病率及防治进行综述。
The retinopathy of prematurity is one of the major causes of occoecatio in children, no matter in the developed country or in the developing country, and the retinopathy of prematurity issue is common, with the improvement of neonatal intensive care technologies and neonatal nursing technologies, the survival rate of premature and low birth weight infants gradually increases, and the incidence rate of retinopathy of prematurity shows an increasing trend annually, the paper pro-vides a scientific basis for early prevention, reducing the incidence rate of ROP and improving the prognosis and summa-rizes the incidence rate of ROP and prevention and cure.
