摘要
依托迁曹铁路曹妃甸特大桥预留二线架梁工程,针对4.0 m小线间距架设T梁,临近既有电气化铁路,接触网不停电、铁路不停运架梁的实际情况,就如何确保安全运梁、喂梁、架梁,研究采用架桥机改造,接触网改造,架桥机立柱采取绝缘措施,偏移铺设工程线,偏位架梁,激光测距控制等措施,达到了临近既有电气化铁路小间距预留二线安全架梁、快速架梁的目的。
Relying on the girder erecting project of Caofeidian Bridge reserved second-line in Qiancao Railway, and on the basis of continually erecting T beam with 4.0 m small spacing adjacent to the existing electric railway without power cut, this paper put forward some measures such as reforming by using bridging machine and overhead catenary system, taking in- sulation measures for bridging machine column, laying line and erecting beam with an angle, and laser ranging control, so as to ensure the safety of beam-transporting, beam-feeding and beam-erecting, it could achieve the goals of safely and quickly erecting beam for reserved second-line with small spacing adjacent to the electric railway.
