重型非自航绞吸式挖泥船动力配置方案优化

摘要 绞吸挖泥船是一种常用的港航疏浚作业船舶,其工作原理是通过安装在桥架上的绞刀转动来切割和绞松疏浚土,利用船上装备的离心泥浆泵将松散疏浚土泥浆吸入泥管,再经泥浆管道排至抛泥区。通过对当前绞吸式挖泥船动力配置基本类型的分析比较,研究确定"铁建绞01"绞吸式挖泥船的动力配置,来保证船舶柴油机功率合理分配,以达到提高船舶挖泥工效和节能环保的目的。 Cutter suction dredger is a kind of ship frequently used in port and waterway dredging projects. Its Working prin- ciple is cutting the dredged soil with the rotating cutter installed on the bridge structure, then pumping the dredged soil mud to the dumping area through the on board mud pumps and the pipelines. Based on the analysis of the current dredger power device configurations, this article determined the power device type of the "CRCC CSD 01" to ensure the rational allocation of the marine diesel engine power, which could achieve the purposes of enhancing the work efficiency of marine dredging, energy saving and environment friendly.
