太原市迎泽区和西山矿区上班族健康意识对比研究

Office Worker Health Consciousness and Xishan Mining Area of Yingze District,Taiyuan City

以太原市部分(迎泽区和西山矿区)上班的群体为研究对象。以文献资料法、问卷调查法、个人访谈法、数据统计法为主要研究方法。全面分析这两个地区上班族的健康意识,以及其参与情况。结果显示,上班族对于体育参与的重视程度低,体育参与情况不乐观。建议:应加大其终身体育意识宣传,完善体育服务机构功能,培养上班族对体育的兴趣以及增强其自身体育意识。

AbstraAs part of the work group of Yingze district,Taiyuan city as the research object.With the method of documentation, questionnaire investigation,personal interview method,data statistics as the main research method.Office worker health consciousness,comprehensive analysis of the region and its participation.Results show that the workers low emphasis on sports participation,sports participation is not optimistic.Suggestion：should step up its lifetime sports consciousness propaganda, improve sports service function,develop workers＇ interest in sports and strengthen their own sports.
