IgG4相关性疾病中免疫分子及细胞的研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 IgG4相关性疾病（IgG4-related disease,IgG4-RD）是近期被发现的一种累及多器官的纤维炎性疾病,临床表现为受累部位渐进性肿胀,常伴血清IgG4浓度的升高。镜下可见病变部位淋巴细胞、浆细胞,尤其是IgG4阳性浆细胞大量浸润以及席纹状纤维化。
