高校卓越教师职前教育培养策略探索——以小学教育专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 卓越教师培养已经成为教师教育改革与发展的核心,卓越教师培养计划的实施对进一步提升小学教师培养质量起着至关重要的作用。职前教育更是落实卓越小学教师培养计划的关键。文章从卓越小学教师的特征、职前教育培养的重要性。卓越小学教师培养策略的实施以及实施成效进行梳理总结,探索一条适合我院小学教育专业职前教育培养途径。
