摘要 基于SOLIDWORKS建立新型PT保护装置快速电磁脱扣机构模型,并在机械系统动力学自动分析(automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical system,ADAMS)中建立快速脱扣机构虚拟样机,通过对虚拟样机进行理论力学分析、动力学仿真,得到快速脱扣机构在临界脱扣时预压紧弹簧力与分闸力的关系曲线,发现小的预压弹簧力(20 N)需要大分闸力(60 N)才能脱扣.样机脱扣实验验证了此种关系.此机构有效节省了整体装置因复杂连杆机构产生的成本. A fast electromagnetic tripping mechanism of new PT protection device was modeled based on SOLID WORKS, and a virtual prototype of it established in ADAMS( automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical system). By analyzing the theoretical mechanics and dynamic simulation of the virtual prototype, the relationship curve between the preload spring force and the opening force was acquired. It was concluded that a small preload spring force (20 N) needs a large brake force (60 N) to release. A release experiment Verifies that the new mechanism can could reduce the cost for complex linkage for the entire device.
