摘要 采用平板划线法,从厦门东部固废垃圾填埋场垃圾渗滤液分离3株具有较强除臭性能菌株,并复配制成复合微生物除臭菌剂,考察了其对生活垃圾产生的NH_3、H_2S及芳香类恶臭气体的去除效果.结果表明:复配除臭菌剂处理10 min,NH_3和H_2S的去除率分别为91.4%和90.3%,二甲基二硫、异丁烯、甲苯、硫酸二甲基4种臭气气体去除率分别为76.5%、81.0%、90.3%和71.3%,除臭性能较好,可应用于环境生物除臭治理. Three deodorizing strains were isolated from the leachate of Xiamen Eastern Solid Waste Landfill and made into complex microbial deodorant, and the removal efficiencies of the prepared complex microbial deodorant on NH3, H2S and odor concentration from garbage studied. The results showed that removal efficiency of NH3and H2S reach 91.4% and 90. 3% respectively after treated for 10 min, and removal efficiency of dimethyl disulfide, isobutene, toluene, dimethyl sulfate reach 76. 5%, 81.0%, 90.3% and 71.3% respectively. This complex microbial deodorant shows good performance of deodorization and applies to environmental biological deodorant treatment.
