藏传佛教与中蒙关系

Sino-Mongolia Relationship in the Perspective of Tibet Buddhism

宗教虽然是人类社会最早的文化现象之一,然而在国际关系的研究中却是一个长期被忽视的因素。而且,自"9·11"事件之后兴起的宗教问题研究也出现了一种"泛安全化"的趋势。然而,宗教也可以成为国家间关系的粘合剂,尤其是同源宗教文化可以成为促进国家间关系的重要文化根基。在中蒙关系中,从藏传佛教与蒙古民族的历史渊源以及藏传佛教在中蒙两国人民间的广泛传播来看,藏传佛教可以成为促进双边关系的积极因素,而这一点的实现则依赖于中蒙双方在外交关系中相互尊重各自的根本国家利益。

As the earliest cultural phenomena of the human society,religion has been neglected in the studying of the international relations for a long time.Moreover,there is a tendency that relates the religion to security issues especially in the studying of the religion post the＂9·11＂event.However,religion could be the positive elements that influence the inter-state relations;especially the homologous religion can be the important cultural foundation improving the inter-state relations.In the Sino-Mongolia relationship,because the Tibetan Buddhism has a long historical relation with the nation of Mongolia,the Tibetan Buddhism hence can be the positive factor in the Sino-Mongolia relationship,the realization of which depends on that both Mongolia and China respect the core important interests of each other.
