摘要
在当前社会的快速发展下,医院人事档案管理备受关注,作为医院可持续发展的关键所在,医院人事档案需紧跟时代发展的步伐,从科学角度与社会发展角度出发,将信息化管理积极融入其中,将医院人员档案管理工作推向新的制高点。此外,从时代发展的角度分析,在当前社会发展的趋势下,医院认识档案实施信息化管理已经成为考察医护人员工作状态的主要依据,也成为了改善人事管理制度的重要资料依据。为进一步分析医院人事档案实施信息化管理的优势与途径,该文笔者结合自身多年工作经验,简要分析医院人事档案管理实施信息化管理的重要性,并提出所存在的问题与对策,旨在推动医院人事档案的有序发展。
With the rapid development of the current society, the hospital personnel file management arouses many attentions, as the key of hospital sustainable development, the hospital personnel file needs to closely keep up with the pace of the times development, and positively integrate the information management into it and push the hospital personnel file management work to a new commanding height from the perspectives of science and social development, in addition, in the terms of the times development, with the current social development, the file information management has already been the major basis for examining the work state of medical staff, and also an important data for improving the personnel management system. In order to further analyze the advantages and ways of the implementation of information management of the hospital personnel files, the paper briefly analyzes the importance of the implementation of hospital personnel file management and puts forwards the issues and strategies in order to promote the orderly development of hospital personnel files combined with years of working experience of the writer.
