人性化护理模式在新生儿肺炎护理中的综合效果分析

Analysis of Comprehensive Effect of Humanistic Nursing Model in the Nursing of Pneumonia of Newborn

目的该文就人性化护理模式在新生儿肺炎护理中的综合效果进行分析与探究。方法选择该院儿科自2014年7月—2016年6月期间收治的新生儿肺炎70例,依据患儿来院就诊时间将其平均分为两组,每组患儿35例。予以基础护理的患儿设为参照组,予以人性化护理的患儿设为研究组,最后将两组患儿的护理效果进行统计和比对。结果研究组和参照组患儿经不同方法护理后,研究组患儿的护理有效率高于参照组,护理满意度同参照组进行比对,研究组明显较高,与此同时,研究组患儿的住院天数和体温恢复时间同参照组进行比对,前者短于后者,其复发率同参照组进行比对可知,研究组患儿复发率明显低于参照组,组间数据经统计差异正相关。结论在新生儿肺炎护理中应用人性化护理,效果理想,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze and study the comprehensive effect of humanistic nursing model in the nursing of pneumonia of newborn. Methods 70 cases of newborns with pneumonia admitted and treated in the department of pediatrics in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups with 35 cases in each according to the admission time, and the control group adopted the basic nursing, the research group adopted the humanistic nursing, and the nursing effect of the two groups was counted and compared. Results The nursing effective rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group after nursing, the nursing satisfactory degree in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group, meanwhile, the length of stay and body temperature recovery time in the research group were shorter than those in the control group, and the recurrent rate in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the differences between groups showed a positive correlation. Conclusion The effect of the application of humanistic nursing in the nursing of pneumonia of newborn is ideal, which is of clinical application value.
