两种健康教育模式对脑卒中患者康复治疗依从性的影响

Effect of Two Health Education Models on the Rehabilitation Treatment Compliance of Stroke Patients

目的探讨个性化健康教育对脑卒中患者治疗依从性的积极作用。方法 141例脑卒中患者依据健康教育模式差异分组,对比治疗依从性发生率与出院4个月后的生活质量。结果观察组总依从率95.77%明显高于对照组的84.28%(P<0.05);观察组出院4个月后物质功能、躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能及生活质量总分均明显较对照组理想(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者个性化健康教育指导可有效提升治疗依从性与改善其生活质量。

Objective To study the positive effect of individual health education on the treatment compliance of stroke patients. Methods 141 cases of stroke patients were divided into groups according to the different health education models,and the incidence rate of treatment compliance and quality of life in 4 month after discharge were compared. Results The total compliance rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（95.77% vs 84.28%）（P〈0.05）,and the material function, body function, social function, mental function and quality of life total scores in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The individual health education guidance for patients with stroke can effectively improve the treatment compliance and the patient＇s quality of life.
