微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收测定花生中的鉻

摘要 目的为了解花生食用安全性,建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定花生中的鉻的方法测定样品花生中鉻的含量。方法采用微波消解法对花生样品进行消解,采用石墨炉原子化器,波长357.9 nm下,对花生进行测定,塞曼效应作为背景校正。结果用建立的方法,测得10批市售花生中鉻的含量,结果 10批花生样品铬含量在0.708 9~0.9724 ug/g,均在正常范围内,同时此种方式检查精密度为1.52%,回收率在98.6%~102.1%之间,RSD为2.36%。结论该次研究使用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定,灵敏度高、选择性好、检出限低,精密度、准确度较高,同时所用试剂少、消解程度完全彻底、耗酸量少、安全、背景值低,能有效对花生中重金属镉含量进行测定。 Objective To know the food safety of peanuts by establishing the method of microwave resolution-graphite furnace atomic absorption to measure the chromium in peanuts. Methods The peanut samples were resolved by the microwave resolution method, the peanuts were measured by the graphite furnace atomizer with the wave length of 357.9nm and the Zeeman effect was used as the background correction. Results The chromium contents of 10 batches of commercially available peanuts were measured by the established method. The chromium contents of 10 batches of peanut samples were between 0.7089 ug/g to0.9724 ug/g, and all were in the normal range, the precision degree examined by this method was1.52%, and the recycle rate was between 98.6% to102.1%, and RSD was 2.36%. Conclusion The microwave resolution-graphite furnace atomic absorption in measuring the chromium in peanuts has a higher sensitivity degree, good choice, low detection limit, higher precision and accuracy, complete resolution degree, low acid consumption, safe and low background value, which can effectively measure the heavy metal chromium content in peanuts.
