临床路径在创伤骨科无痛病房疼痛管理中的运用效果评估

Evaluation on Application Effect of Clinical Path in the Painless Ward in the Department of Traumatic Orthopedics

目的探究临床路径在创伤骨科无痛病房疼痛管理的运用效果,以供临床参考。方法从2014年12月—2016年3月于该院就诊的创伤骨科患者中选取110例,建立无痛病房后通过动态化随机分组的方法将其分为2组,对照组55例创伤骨科患者采用常规护理方法进行疼痛管理,观察组55例创伤骨科患者采用临床路径方法进行疼痛管理,探究110例创伤骨科患者经不同方法治疗后疼痛评分以及护理满意度的差异性。结果在疼痛评分的比较中,观察组患者的结果明显低于对照组患者,在护理满意度的对比中,观察组患者的结果明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径在创伤骨科无痛病房疼痛管理中具有一定的效果,能够有效缓解患者的疼痛感,提高患者对护理人员的护理满意度,从而进一步的提高患者的治疗效果。

Objective To study the application effect of clinical path in the painless ward in the department of traumatic orthopedics for clinical reference and research. Methods 110 cases of patients in the department of traumatic orthopedics in our hospital from December 2014 to March 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with 55 cases in each by the dynamic random method after the painless ward was built, the control group adopted the routine nursing method for pain management, the observation group adopted the clinical path method for pain management, and the differences in the pain score and nursing satisfactory degree after different treatment methods were studied. Results The research results showed that the pain score in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical path in the pain management in the painless ward in the department of traumatic orthopedics has a certain effect, which can effectively relieve the pains of patients, improve the nursing satisfactory degree of nursing staff thus further improving the treatment effect of patients, which can be applied and promoted.
