摘要
目的分析探讨品管圈管理在重症监护室护理质量持续改进中的应用效果。方法将该院收治的100例重症监护室患者作为研究对象(患者的收治时间在2013年2月—2015年2月期间),通过红篮球抽取的方式对患者进行分组,分成实验组和对照组,每组各50例,对照组在护理质量持续改进中实施常规护理管理,实验组在护理质量持续改进中实施品管圈管理。结果实验组的护理质量评分(90.14±10.65)分,对照组的护理质量评分(70.88±10.42)分,两组的护理质量评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的并发症发生率、护患纠纷率、护理差错率均低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的护士疲劳感评分为(5.08±1.23)分低于对照组的(11.28±1.56)分(P<0.05)。结论品管圈管理在重症监护室护理质量持续改进中具有积极应用。
Objective To analyze and study the application effect of quality control circle management in the nursing quality continuous improvement in ICU. Methods 100 cases of patients in ICU in our hospital from February 2013 to February2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 50 cases in each by the extraction method of red and blue balls, the control group adopted the routine nursing management, while the experimental group adopted the quality control circle management. Results The difference in the nursing quality score between the experimental group and the control group was obvious [(90.14±10.65) marks vs(70.88±10.42) marks](P〈0.05), there was a statistical difference in the nursing quality score between the two groups, and the incidence rate of complications, nurse-patient dispute rate and nursing error rate in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05), and the fatigue feeling of nurses in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group [(5.08 ±1.23) marks vs(11.28±1.56) marks](P〈0.05). Conclusion The quality control circle management plays a positive role in the nursing quality continuous improvement in ICU.
