品管圈在手术室护士情绪控制管理中的应用

品管圈活动提高了手术室护士的整体素质,在控制护士负面情绪方面效果显著,对于促进医护配合和提升手术质量发挥了积极作用。该文通过开展了相应的品管圈管理活动,成立了情绪控制品管圈,从强化领导管理、举行心理讲座、注重心理疏导、营造良好环境和培养沟通技巧等方面提出了情绪控制管理的实施方法。
