医院感染管理工作现状分析与未来展望

Analysis of Hospital Infection Management Work Status and Future Prospects

目的分析该市42家医院感染管理工作现状。方法于2014年6月—2015年6月由该院45人组成的现场检查问卷调查小组深入到该市各大医院进行走访调查各家医院感染管理工作现状。结果该次所调查的42家医院中有40家(95.2%)医院设有独立的感染科,未单独设立感染科的有2家(4.8%),医院感染科专职人员中学历水平为中专和大专的比例为68.7%,接受过医院感染专业培训人员所占比例为18.4%。结论医院感染管理工作水平的提高离不开领导的重视与组织管理结构的不断健全与完善,提高全市医院感染管理工作的关键是加强对感染科医护人员的培训指导,对医疗行为进行严格规范,合理配置管理人员。

Objective To analyze the infection management work status of 42 hospitals in our city. Methods Various hospital infection management work statuses in our city were followed-up and surveyed by on-site inspection questionnaire group composed of 45 persons in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015. Results In the 42 hospitals, 40 hospitals had an independent department of infection（95.2%）, and 2 hospitals had no independent department of infection（4.8%）, and the ratio of polytechnic school and junior college in the full-time staff in the hospital infection department was 68.7%, and 18.4percent of staff received the hospital infection professional training. Conclusion The improvement of hospital infection management work level can＇t do without the attention of leaders and continuous improvement of organization management structures, the key to improve the hospital infection management work in the whole city is to enhance the training guidance of medical staff in the department of infection and strictly standardize the medical behavior and rationally allocate the management staff.
