产前检查在孕妇围产期保健工作中的应用价值分析

Analysis of Application Value of Prenatal Examination in the Healthcare Work of the Delivery Women during the Perinatal Period

目的研究分析产前检查在孕妇围产期保健工作中的应用价值。方法选取该院2013年7月—2015年12月所收治的50例产妇,分为对照组25例(采取非定期产前检查)和观察组25例(实施定期产前检查)两组,比较分析对照组和观察组的高危妊娠发生率。结果观察组产妇的高危妊娠发生率为2(8.24%),对照组产妇的高危妊娠发生率为9(36.17%),观察组产妇的高危妊娠发生率明显低于对照组产妇,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定期产前检查在孕妇围产期保健工作中具有较高的应用价值,能够通过及时有效的产前检查对产妇是否存在高危妊娠情况进行早期诊断,并采取相应的措施进行有效防控,从而在一定程度上避免以及减少产妇的高危妊娠发生率,确保母婴健康。

Objective To research and analyze the application value of prenatal examination in the healthcare work of the delivery women during the perinatal period. Methods 50 cases of delivery women admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2013 to December 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 25 cases in each, the control group adopted the irregular prenatal examination, the observation group adopted the regular prenatal examination, and the incidence rates of high-risk pregnancy of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence rate of high-risk pregnancy in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group [2（8.24%） vs 9（36.17%）], and the difference between groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application value of regular prenatal examination in the healthcare work of delivery women during the perinatal period is higher, and we can carry out the early diagnosis of whether the high-risk pregnancy situation exists or not by timely and effective prenatal examination, and adopt corresponding measures for effective control thus avoiding and reducing the incidence rate of high-risk pregnancy of delivery women to a certain degree and ensure the maternal and infant health.
