摘要
某浮选尾矿金品位偏高,品位为0.55 g/t。为回收该尾矿中的金,试验进行了直接磨矿浮选、分级粗粒再磨—全粒级浮选、尼尔森重选、氰化浸出四种工艺对比研究。研究结果表明,分级粗粒再磨—全粒级浮选工艺更适合该尾矿中金的回收,该工艺可获得金精矿产率为0.81%,品位为35.18 g/t,回收率为53.53%,浮选指标较好,工艺简单,按照现场原矿生产浮选流程,生产上易操作。经初步经济分析,该尾矿吨矿利润可达27.74元,工业应用价值较好。
The gold grade of a flotation tailing is high,which is 0. 55 g / t. The direct grinding flotation,classification and coarse grain regrinded- the total grain size flotation,Nelson gravity,cyanide leaching processes were compared to recovery gold from the taillings. The results are that the process of classification and coarse grain regrinded- the total grain size flotation was more suitable for recovery gold from the tailing. It could obtain the concentrate with 0. 81% yield,35. 18 g / t grade,and 53. 53% recovery. The flotation index is better,the process is simple and the application of industry is easy in accordance with the live flotation process of the raw ore. The preliminary economic analysis shows that the profit of the process will be 27. 74 RMB a tonne. The industrial application value is better.
