摘要
江西某次生钨细泥中钨主要为黑钨矿,现场采用全摇床重选工艺回收,生产指标不理想。为提高细泥黑钨选矿指标,经系统选矿试验研究,确定采用强磁选机粗选预富集—摇床、离心机分级精选的联合工艺对该次生细泥中黑钨进行回收,并成功进行了工业应用。现场设备调试运转正常后,获得WO3品位25.39%、回收率73.40%的钨精矿,WO3品位和回收率分别较原工艺提高了11.89%和30.10%。生产实践证明,该工艺流程科学合理,适应性强,操作维护简单,技术经济指标优良,为钨细泥综合回收利用提供了一定的技术参考。
The production index of gravity separation of a Secondary wolframite slime in Jiangxi was not ideal. A flowsheet consisting of a pre-concentration roughing with high gradient magnetic separator,a concentrating with shaking table and centrifugal ore separator respectively after hydraulic classification was adopted to improve production indexes after the experimental study carried out systematically,and the industry application also was successful. The tungsten concentrate containing WO325. 39% at a recovery of 73. 40% was obtained in the industry application,and the tungsten concentrate grade and recovery were improved by 11. 89% and 30. 10% respectively compared with the previous index. The new technology was scientific,adaptable,convenient in operation and maintenance,and good in techno-economic index,which also provided some reference to the recovery of tungsten slime ore.
