摘要
为分析相同克重的滤料中纤维细度对袋式除尘滤料过滤性能的影响规律,采用数值模拟方法研究了不同纤维细对对过滤性能的影响。研究表明,相同克重的条件下,纤维细度的减小能明显提高对细颗粒物的捕集效率,同时增加了过滤阻力,并且对不同粒径颗粒物过滤性能的影响表现出单调递减或先减小后增加的两种变化规律。
The numerical simulation technique was utilized to investigate the influence of fiber fineness on filtration performance of filter materials with the same mass unit area. The results indicate that filtration efficiency for fine particles and filtration resistance increase with decreasing of fiber fineness. Moreover, filtration performance of filter materials show monotone decreasing or first decreasing and then increasing for the different fine particles size.
