摘要
暖体假人是准确模拟真人热湿环境的实验设备,可以用来测试服装热阻,对假人表面的温度均匀性要求较高,假人的发热量大多靠在其表面敷设电热丝来实现。以控制功率法来控制电热丝的敷设间距、长度等指标,对其敷设电热丝的方案进行了分析论证。结果显示,假人表面的温度波动在±0.2℃的温差范围内。
Thermal manikin is one type of experimental facilities which can accurately simulate the thermal and humidity environment of the real person and test the clothing thermal resistance. It has high requirement for temperature uniformity on the surface of the dummy. The calorific value of the dummy is mostly accomplished by the heating wires laying on its surface. In This paper, indexes as laying space, length of the heating wires were controlled by power control method, and different schemes of laying the heating wires were analyzed. The results indicated that the temperature fluctuation of the dummy surface is in a deviation of ±0.2℃.
