摘要
上海浦东新区周浦镇"退二进三"公租房工程,建设规模较大,周边环境复杂,且基坑外形不太规则。根据地质条件、工程特点和周边环境等情况,通过对围护体系的结构优化,采用了二轴搅拌桩重力坝、二轴搅拌桩+钻孔灌注桩、SMW工法桩等多种围护结构组合应用的形式,取得了较佳的安全、经济效果。着重对各种形式的围护结构在基坑工程应用中的施工技术作阐述,可为类似工程提供经验借鉴。
The construction scale of "half astern into three" public rental housing project of Zhoupu town in Shanghai Pudong New District is larger, while at the same time, its surrounding environment is complex and the foundation pit shape is irregular. According to the geological conditions, engineering characteristics and the surrounding environment, etc., and through the structure optimization of retaining system, multiple combined application forms of support structure, such as biaxial stirring pile gravity dam, biaxial stirring pile +bored pile, SMW pile, etc., have been adopted, which achieved better safety and economic benefits. The construction technologies of multiple forms of support structure applied to the foundation pit engineering have been emphatically elaborated, which can provide experience for similar projects.
