摘要 目的:为保证重大灾害中快速实施医学救援,提高灾害现场远程会诊的效率,设计一种便携式三屏一体应急救援远程会诊系统。方法:运用先进的MCU(多点处理单元)技术、视频压缩技术和影像图像处理技术,采用可折叠的3个屏幕面板设计该系统,同时支持各类有线/无线通信接口。结果:该系统实现了患者信息、医学影像查看及远程会诊功能,提高了远程会诊的效率,方便了会诊各方的交流。结论:该系统适用于野外及机动化的医学应急救援,使远程会诊移动便捷。 Objective To design a portable three-screen teleconsultation system to realize rapid medical rescue during disaster relief.Methods The system was developed with technologies of multi control unit(MCU),video compression and radio-image processing,three foldable screens as well as compatibility with kinds of wired or wireless interfaces.Results The system realizes remote accesses to patient information and medical image as well as teleconsultation.Conclusion The system can be used for teleconsulation during emergency medical rescue in field conditions.
