目的:妥善管控血液透析机安全风险,降低设备故障率。方法:分析评估引发血液透析机安全的各种主客观因素,提出相应的改进措施。结果:建立了完善的考评、培训及检测等制度,缩短了血液透析机停机的时间,降低了其故障率(P<0.05),使风险管控能力得到了提升。结论:血液透析机的日常性维护是确保设备安全运行的保障,各项维护制度的有效落实是基石,人员综合素质的提高是关键,维修部门与使用科室的相互合作是提高设备维护质量的有力推手。

Objective To control the safety risks of the hemodialysis machine and reduce its error rate.Methods The subjective and objective factors resulting in safety risks were analyzed and evaluated,and then some improvement measures were put forward accordingly.Results The regulations for assessment,training and inspection were established to enhance the ability to control safety risks,and to decrease the downtime and error rate of the machine significantly（P 0.05）.Conclusion Daily maintenance is important for the operation of the hemodialysis machine,and considerations have to be taken in regulation,personnel quality as well as the cooperation between maintenance and application departments.
