Study on development of human factors and ergonomics in military equipment

目的:论证开展军事装备工效学研究的必要性,明确学科属性、名称、研究对象等基本内容,构建军事装备工效学学科体系。方法:从实战化要求、人机适应性、职业伤害等方面分析军事装备工效学研究意义。结合国内外工效学和军事装备学学科发展现状与实际情况,从3个层面构建学科体系。结果:明确了学科基本内容,确立了学科体系,为军事装备工效学学科发展指明了方向。结论:开展军事装备工效学研究具有重要现实意义,需要从宏观、中观、微观3个层面推动该学科发展。

Objective To demonstrate the necessitates of the study on the subject of human factors and ergonomics in military equipment,to give the right statement of the subject including property,English name and studying object.Methods The significance of subject was proved from more than three aspects which were battlefield needs,man-machine adaptability and employment injuries and so on.Concerning the development and situation of two subjects（ergonomics and military equipment）,the architecture framework of subject was illustrated from three critical important levels.Results The direction of subject development was clear by establishing its contents and architecture framework.Conclusion Human factors and ergonomics are critically important in military equipment filed.The study on the subject should be put into practice form macro,median and micro levels.
