器械调节自主神经治疗心力衰竭的研究进展

摘要 心力衰竭的一大特点为自主神经功能失调,表现为副交感神经张力降低、交感神经兴奋性增强、压力反射受损。近年来通过器械调节自主神经功能的方法逐渐应用于心力衰竭治疗的领域中,并获得了令人欣喜的结果。现主要介绍以介入或器械调节自主神经活动从而改善心力衰竭患者预后的相关手段,包括脊髓神经电刺激、迷走神经刺激、颈动脉窦压力感受器刺激治疗和肾去交感神经术。 A major characteristic of heart failure is autonomic imbalance with increased sympathetic activity ,decreased vagal activity and impaired baroreflex .Growing interest has been paid on device-based therapies , which have exhibited favorable therapeutic potential in heart failure .In this review ,we will discuss some of the device-based autonomic modulation therapies in the management of heart failure ,in-cluding spinal cord nerve stimulation ,vagal nerve stimulation ,baroreceptor activation therapy and renal sympathetic denervation .
