摘要
提出了用气质联用仪测定工作场所气体中有害物质的检测方法。对色谱条件进行优化,选择Agilent HP-5MS色谱柱进行分离,柱流速1mL/min,运行时间24min。所测22种物质在0.1~0.5μg/mL之间线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法能够快速准确的对工作场所常见的职业病危害因素进行定性分析。在危险复杂的突发事故场所快速定性,弥补了现有职业卫生国标检测方法在气质联用技术上的缺失,充分发挥了GC-MS联用技术具备的快速、简便、准确等优点。
Agilent HP-5MS column was chosen to achieve the separation.The flow rate of column was1mL/min and the running time was 24 min.The 22 kinds of material concentration were 0.1-0.5μg/mL,the linear relationship was good and the correlation coefficient was〉0.999.This method can make a quick and accurate qualitative analysis of the risk factors.
