模拟蒸馏色谱仪进样口压力下降原因分析及对策

目前馏分油模拟蒸馏一般采用ASTM D2887分析标准,原油模拟蒸馏一般采用ASTM D5307分析标准。在使用模拟蒸馏色谱仪执行这两个标准时,发现在较长时间运行之后,模拟蒸馏色谱仪表现出进样口压力持续下降、数据重复性变差的现象。经过分析,发现此问题与温度参数设置和O形密封圈性能有密切的关系。本文介绍了该故障的现象和确认故障的方法并提出了解决措施。
