摘要
主要分析研究乙醇-吡啶混合溶剂超声浸提法提取陈皮中橙皮苷的最优条件。通过单因素试验去分析研究不同种因素对橙皮苷提取率的影响,并且在此基础上根据优化后的结果进行正交试验。其最佳工艺条件为料液比1:30,吡啶比例25%,提取温度为85℃,提取时间为25 min。采用该条件处理的橙皮苷经高效液相色谱法进行橙皮苷含量的测定,同时在此等优化条件下进行的正交试验,橙皮苷的提取率为3.83%,超声浸提法操作简便,快速,成本低,能应用于工业化生产和医学医药类研究。
The optimality conditions of ethanol-pyridine mixed solvent ultrasonic extraction process had been analyzed to extract hesperidin from Orange peel. The effects of different kinds of factors of hesperidin extraction rate were studied by the single factor experiment, and on the basis of this, the orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize the process conditions. The best optimizationconditionas the follows: material liquidratio=1:30, the proportion ofpyridine ratio=25%, the extraction temperature=85℃ , the extraction time=25 min. The determination of hesperidin content was detected by high performance chromatography (HPLC). At the meanwhile in the optimized Conditions,the result showed that hesperidin extraction rate was 3.83%. The ultrasonic extraction method is simple, rapid and low cost. It can be used in industrial production and medical research.
