摘要 我国煤层气面临低渗、含气饱和度低和储层压力低等问题,CO_2具有较好的置换、驱替煤层气的效果,同时可以减少碳排放量,对CO_2注入参数优化至今尚没有具体研究。采用正交设计原理对影响CH_4采收率的参数:注气时机、注气方式、注气速度和温压体系进行合理的水平设置和实验方案设计,通过室内长岩心驱替实验得到最佳的注气方式为衰竭式开采采收率为20%时转注CO_2,注入方式采用间歇注入,段塞大小为0.2 PV,注入速度为0.2 m L/min,室温、压力9 MPa条件下,注气约17 PV后衰竭式开采效果最好。注气时机和注气方式对CH_4采收率有显著影响,注气速度影响比较显著,温压体系影响较小。希望对我国煤层气开采提供一定的借鉴和参考。 There are the problems of low permeability, low saturation of gas and low reservoir pressure in the coal bed methane extraction of our country. Based on previous researches, we can know that CO2 has good replacement, displacement effect of coal bed gas, and can reduce carbon emission. However, there is no specific research on the optimization of injection parameters for CO2 flooding. Through the orthogonal experiment method, the parameters of the recovery of CH4 including the time of gas injection, the gas injection method, the gas injection rate and the temperature pressure system, were designed. Indoor and long core displacement experiments showed that the best way of gas injection for CO2 recovery was to inject CO2 when depletion development recovery reached 20%, injection method was intermittent injection, injection slug size was 0.2 PV, injection rate was 0.2 mL/min. Under the condition of room temperature, pressure 9 MPa, after gas injection about 17 PV, gas injection effect of depletion development was the best. Gas injection time and injection gas injection rate had significant effect on CH4 recovery, gas injection rate had significant effect, and the influence of temperature and pressure system was relatively small.
