摘要
加热炉是油气田集输过程中广泛使用的自耗燃料较大的设备之一,为了提高其热效率降低装置能耗、提高经济效益,本文针对新疆某气田井口加热炉,从运行现状以及热效率计算两方面进行分析,得出影响加热炉效率的两大因素:排烟损失以及散热损失,同时提出了提高加热炉热效率的优化方法,并进行了论证。
Heating furnace is widely used in oil field gathering system. In order to improve the thermal efficiency, reduce the energy consumption and improve the economic benefit, operational status and thermal efficiency of heating furnace in a Xinjiang oilfield were analyzed, two factors of affecting the thermal efficiency were put forward as follows: exhaust loss and heat loss. At last, the measures of improving the efficiency of heating furnace were pointed out.
