移动床反应器在化工和环保领域应用研究进展

Research Progress in Application of Moving-bed Reactor in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Protection

移动床反应器,是一种用以实现流体-固相接触的反应器型式,兼具固定床反应器和流化床反应器的特点,在基础化工、环保技术等领域一直受到研究和产业的重视。从有机化工、无机化工、钢铁炼制等化工领域,以及工业烟气、尾气治理等环保领域,对移动床反应器的应用研究进展进行了综述,最后对其发展未来进行了展望,认为移动床反应器型式不会淡出历史舞台,而会结合其自身的特点而不断得到发展和应用。

Combining characteristics of fixed bed reactor and fluid bed reactor, moving-bed reactor is a kind of chemical unit operation technology through contacting between solid particle phase and fluid phase, with solids moving down in fluid phase but almost no relative motion between solids. Moving-bed reactors have been attaching great importance in fields of chemical engineering and environmental protection. In this paper, research progress in application of moving-bed reactor was summarized in organic chemical field, inorganic chemical field, iron manufacture field, industrial flue gas and waste gas treatment field, and so on. Its application prospect was finally discussed.
