Reagent Replacement in Determination of Cyanide

水质氰化物的测定,容量法和分光光度法HJ484-2009,方法 2异烟酸-吡唑啉酮分光光度法中,可以把N,N-二甲基甲酰胺换成无水乙醇。使用无水乙醇后,对试验条件、标准曲线、标准样品测定等进行了选择和测定,结果显示,无水乙醇替代N,N-二甲基甲酰胺测定氰化物无显著性差异,符合质量控制要求。

In determination of cyanide with volumetric and spectrophotometry method HJ484-2009, N,N-dime thylformamide can be replaced by anhydrous alcohol. After using the anhydrous alcohol, test conditions, standard curve, the standard sample were selected and determined. The results show that there is no significant difference between the determination results of cyanide by using N,N-dime thylformamide and by using anhydrous alcohol, and the method meets the demand of quality control.
