摘要
对煤直接液化项目煤浆加热炉结焦原因进行了深入的分析,并根据实际情况制定了一系列针对性控制措施,可以有效的降低加热炉结焦速度,提高加热炉运行时间和效率。同时对加热炉结焦后的多种处理方法进行了分析讨论。
In-depth causes analysis of coking in coal slurry heating furnace of direct coal liquefaction project was carried out. According to the actual situation, a series of control measures were formulated to effectively reduce coking speed and increase the running time and efficiency of the heating furnace. At the same time, treatment methods of coking in coal slurry heating furnace were also discussed.
