理工科大学新生人际交往能力提升的团体干预研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:团体心理辅导是否能够提升理工科大学新生人际交往能力。方法:选取河北工业大学城市学院32名大一学生为被试,以《人际交往能力评估问卷》(中文版)和《青少年生活事件量表》为测评工具,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,对实验组开展团体心理辅导,对照组不做干预。结果显示:团体心理辅导前、后,实验组成员在人际交往能力各维度上得分除了情感支持方面差异不显著以外,其他各维度上均存在显著差异;实验组成员在人际交往能力各维度得分都显著优于对照组成员的成绩。结论:团体心理辅导能有效提升理工科大学新生的人际交往能力。 Objective: To investigate whether group counseling can enhance interpersonal communication skills for freshmen of science and engineering. Method: 32 freshmen from Hebei University City College as subjects, who were investigated by 《interpersonal skills Assessment Questionnaire》(Chinese version) and 《Youth Life Event Scale》, will be randomly divided into the experimental group who were taken the intervention and the control group without intervention. The results showed that before and after the group psychological guidance, the experimental group members in every dimension of interpersonal skills in scoring in addition to no significant differences of emotional support, other dimensions are significant differences; Group members in every dimension of interpersonal skills scores were significantly better than that of control group. Conclusion: Group psychological counseling can effectively improve the interpersonal skills of the freshmen of science and engineering.
