鲤鱼浮肿病流行情况的初步研究

A Preliminary Study of Carp Edema Virus Disease

为了明确北京顺义某锦鲤养殖场患病锦鲤的发病死亡原因,根据鲤鱼浮肿病毒基因的保守序列设计引物进行套式PCR扩增,产物经电泳后可见548 bp片段和180 bp片段的DNA条带,空白对照无扩增条带;套式PCR的产物进行测序,测序结果和Genbank公布的鲤鱼浮肿病毒H504株序列完全一致。结果显示这是由鲤鱼浮肿病毒引起的鲤鱼浮肿病,并通过进一步分析,提示鲤鱼浮肿病在北京地区已经有所扩散,应引起养殖者以及鱼病工作者的关注。

To find the potential reason causing Koi to die in a fishing farm in Shunyi district,Beijing,the nested PCR was performed with the degenerate primers. After gel electrophoresis,two bands,548 bp and180 bp,were obtained in samples from the dead fish and no band was found in samples from the health fish. Then,these bands were sequenced and the sequences were blasted to CEV H504 sequence in NCBI database. The result showed that the CEV causes the Koi to die. And the present results implied that the CEV has spread in Beijing area,and more attention should be paid to reduce the loss of fishing income.
