研究出口有机过氧化物运输包装安全技术规范和货物运输包装不合格情况,提高出口企业包装质量。针对有机过氧化物的理化特性及安全运输要求,系统总结了海运、空运危规关于有机过氧化物运输包装的安全技术规范。从包装选择、运输、标签张贴、包装方法等方面列举了运输包装可能存在的不合格情况及安全隐患,并提出相应的正确要求。通过分析有机过氧化物运输包装的不合格情况及可能存在的安全隐患,针对包装企业、货物生产商、使用鉴定部门分别提出了多项措施以提高危险货物运输包装的质量安全。

The safety technical code and non-conformance of packing dangerous goods for organic peroxides in export demand were pointed out. Base on the physicochemical property and safety transport demand,the safety technical codes for organic peroxides sent by air or sea were summarized systematically. The unqualified situation and potential safety hazard of packing type,transporting,label and packing method were enumerated in details. Moreover,several measures were put forward to improve the packing quality for packing enterprises,commodity producers and inspection departments. The packaging requirements and non-conformance for dangerous goods of organic peroxides were enumerated,some solutions to improve packing quality were proposed.
